The treatment of the subject matter is very shallow. This book is of no value as it does not contain the information that a car buyer would need to buy a car at the lowest possible price. This topic is covered in two pages in the chapter "how much should you pay|About the Author|John Kelly has been a sales person, finance manager, used car manager and general sales manager. He's worked for large and small dealerships, with luxury, domestic and foreign brands.
